This is probably the most classic walk in the Peak District – a full ’round’ or circumnavigation of the entire Kinder Scout plateau. Our route starts either from Edale, or from the Snake Pass, and uses the Pennine Way to access the 630 metre high mountain.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks
I completed this classic challenge walk in the Yorkshire Dales again last weekend (video to come very shortly). It takes in the summits of Pen y Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, the last of which you can just see peeking through the viaduct archways on the right.
